    About Us

    Fitz & Monroe was founded by a group of lifelong friends to bring beautiful art into anyone's home. Our mission is provide quality products, at the best price possible.

    We love working with independent brands, as well as with our own in-house team of designers to deliver the nicest products for you and your loved ones.

    We are based in The Netherlands. We have local warehouses in both Europe as well as the US.

    We have partnerships with art printing businesses in over 30 countries in the world in order to produce and deliver our wall art locally. This means lower prices for you, faster delivery and less environmental impact!

    We relentlessly try to deliver against three main pillars for our clients:

    Quality: When you have seen our wall art or other products, you will know the difference between our quality versus cheaper knock-offs available all over the web. We work with the best suppliers and materials to bring you the best products.

    The independent brands we work with for our other product categories are selected for quality as well. We inspect, test and experience every item we sell ourselves to ensure your experience will be perfect.

    Sustainability: We have built our business on a sustainable way of operating. By working with local warehouses and art printers, we work hard to keep our carbon footprint o a minimum. We also donate a portion of our proceeds to charity. Not because it's cool, but because we care!  

    For our wall art, we use environmentally friendly sources for our paper, inks and frames. We try to look as sustainable versions of all of the other products we sell, too!

    Affordability: Each day we focus on providing the highest quality product at the highest price. By working with printing partners across the globe and cutting any middlemen between our contributing artists and our customers, we can keep our pricing low, and our quality high!

    Prints

    Each print we sell has the option for framing for using our beautiful wood frames. Of course you can order each print as a rolled-up, non-framed version too!

    In order to preserve quality of both the print and frame during shipping, the print is shipped unframed in the same package as the frame. We add a special cover to the print to ensure no damage can occur.

    This means you'll have to attach the print into the frame yourself, an easy and fun thing to do which will not take more than 5 minutes.

    We use strong plexiglass covers in our frames. This plexiglass is more expensive and durable compared to glass, and comes with two protective films which need to be removed to bring out the true brilliance of the cover.

    As an alternative to framing, we also sell magnetic hangers which can be attached to your print, for easy handing anywhere in the home.

    We use museum-quality paper and inks in Giclée printing process to guarantee each piece we sell looks amazing. We have hand-picked the printing paper we use based on quality, colour vibrance and longevity.

    As soon as you feel our prints, you'll understand the quality is the best out there, and you'll feel these are prints which will last a lifetime.

    We understand it's sometimes difficult to understand how large a print really is, or how it would look in your home. Each one of our wall art products has an easy size chart to understand how large our print sizes are. Just look for the size section on the product page!

    Our team of art specialists is always on the lookout to ensure we support the most popular sizes of wall art. However, in order to guarantee production times and quality, we are not able to currently make exceptions to the sizes we offer on our website.

    Our teams stock items we love ourselves. We collaborate with brands which respect the same focus on quality, sustainability and affordability. Because working with friends is a lot more fun!

    We are always reachable through email and live chat via the website for specific product questions.

    We try to list vital information such as dimensions and material used for each product we sell alongside the quality photos we provide, but are always ready to help you with more specific questions!

    Shipping

    We have tried to keep our shipping cost as low and as easy to understand as possible.

    For European orders, we charge €4.95 per order, with free shipping over €25!

    For US orders, we charge $5.50 per order, with free shipping over $50.

    Some exceptions and special cases apply. Please look at our shipping page for all information!

    We use a network of trusted delivery partners worldwide. All of our orders ship via tracked delivery. We will email you your tracking number as soon as we ship out your order.

    We only work with large, reputable shipping companies, with all orders receiving a tracking code.

    Using our website, you can keep track of your order and its location as we get it to you!

    Your order might arrive in separate packages, as the nature of different products might mean different packaging requirements. This is of no additional cost to you. All packages sent are trackable with an own tracking code.

    On average, global delivery takes between 4-7 days. Often much sooner!

    You can use our tracking page or the tracking page of the shipping partner we use in order to check on location and status of your shipment.

    We want to make sure our beautiful products reach you in perfect condition. We package out unframed wall art carefully wrapped in tissue paper, in sturdy cardboard tubes.

    Our framed prints are covered by protective material, and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes specifically built for supporting our frames, with the prints being covered in an extra protective layer in order not to get damaged.

    All other products are packed in sturdy carton boxes, with carton inner fillings to prevent damage. We use as few plastics as possible, in order to create packaging that's friendly to the environment!

    Returns

    We give all of our clients a 14-day period in which orders can be returned.

    If you are unhappy with your order, we ask you to follow through with a returns procedure through our dedicated Returns section.

    Costs for return shipping are covered by the returning party, and will never be restituted by us.

    Wall Art & Phone Case Specific Terms:

    All of our wall art and phone case products are made to order. Because of this, we incur significant additional costs when wall art is returned to us.

    Upon receipt of your returned wall art, we will return the purchase funds, minus a €4.50 / $5.50 USD administration fee.

    Products which have been personalized on our website can't be returned or exchanged, unless they have arrived in defective state or show clear production errors.

    Exchanges are possible for our non wall-art products. 

    Wall Art:

    We print all of our orders based on client demand. Because of this, we can't accept exchanges on delivered products.

    If you wish to exchange your product, we recommend you to return your existing product following our returns procedure, and ordering your desired item in a new order.

    We're so sorry for this! We'll make it right.

    We will need a photographic proof of the defective or wrong product to refund the purchase or send a replacement.
